class=\"wp-block-heading\">Objeto de la Convocatoria<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El objetivo de estas subvenciones es financiar planes de formaci\u00f3n dirigidos al personal empleado p\u00fablico de las entidades locales de Castilla-La Mancha, con el fin de:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Mejorar sus capacidades de gesti\u00f3n<\/li><li>Facilitar la adaptaci\u00f3n a los cambios normativos, tecnol\u00f3gicos y organizativos<\/li><li>Impulsar la modernizaci\u00f3n de los servicios p\u00fablicos<\/li><li>Reforzar la calidad de la atenci\u00f3n a la ciudadan\u00eda<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Acciones subvencionables<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La convocatoria financia planes de formaci\u00f3n completos, que pueden incluir:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u2714<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;Acciones formativas,&nbsp;<\/strong>dentro de planes estructurados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u2714<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;Actividades deber\u00e1n desarrollarse dentro de la<strong>\u00a0Comunidad de Castilla-La Mancha<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Entidades Beneficiarias<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Podr\u00e1n solicitar estas subvenciones:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2714 Ayuntamientos<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2714 Diputaciones provinciales<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2714 Otras entidades locales<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2714 Federaciones de Municipios y Provincias de Castilla-La Mancha<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Destinatarios finales<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dirigido a personal empleado p\u00fablico de entidades locales<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Funcionarios<\/li><li>Laborales<\/li><li>Eventuales<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Quedando excluidas las sociedades mercantiles locales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00d3rgano convocante y gestor<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Convoca:&nbsp;<\/strong>Consejer\u00eda de Hacienda, Administraciones P\u00fablicas y Transformaci\u00f3n Digital.<\/li><li><strong>Gestionan:<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>-Escuela de Administraci\u00f3n Regional (EAR): instrucci\u00f3n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Comisi\u00f3n de Baremaci\u00f3n: valoraci\u00f3n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Comisi\u00f3n de Formaci\u00f3n para el Empleo de la Administraci\u00f3n Local: aprobaci\u00f3n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-\u00d3rgano competente en funci\u00f3n p\u00fablica: resoluci\u00f3n final<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cuant\u00eda<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La convocatoria cuenta con una cuant\u00eda m\u00e1xima estimada de 900.000\u20ac , distribuida en:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Distribuci\u00f3n por anualidades<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2026:&nbsp;<\/strong>652.500\u20ac + 148.500\u20ac<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2027:&nbsp;<\/strong>99.000\u20ac<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Distribuci\u00f3n por tipo de plan<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>27,5% -&gt;&nbsp;<\/strong>Interadministrativos<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>40% -&gt;&nbsp;<\/strong>Agrupados<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>32,5% -&gt;&nbsp;<\/strong>Unitarios<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, se contempla la posibilidad de un<strong>\u00a0incremento adicional de hasta 80.000\u20ac,\u00a0<\/strong>condicionado a disponibilidad presupuestaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Solicitudes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El plazo de solicitud ser\u00e1 de&nbsp;<strong>10 d\u00edas h\u00e1biles desde el d\u00eda siguiente a la publicaci\u00f3n en el Diario Oficial de Castilla- La Mancha (DOCM).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las solicitudes se cumplimentar\u00e1n y presentar\u00e1n de forma electr\u00f3nica a trav\u00e9s del portal FEDAP accesible a trav\u00e9s de la\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/ear.castillalamancha.es\/subvenciones\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"p\u00e1gina web de la Escuela de Administraci\u00f3n Regional de Castilla-La Mancha (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">p\u00e1gina web de la Escuela de Administraci\u00f3n Regional de Castilla-La Mancha<\/a><\/strong>, a trav\u00e9s del icono \u201cAcceso a la plataforma FEDAP\u201d, para lo cual es preciso que el promotor est\u00e9 previamente registrado en dicho portal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En cuanto
