mejorar el elearning con la gamificaci\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Un tema que tocaron muy de cerca en expoelearning fue el de la gamificaci\u00f3n, vamos a intentar explicarla para que esta palabra vaya haciendo acopio en nuestro vocabulario y realmente entendamos el significado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Podemos definir la gamificaci\u00f3n como la incorporaci\u00f3n de los elementos t\u00edpicos que est\u00e1n presentes en los juegos a los procesos de aprendizaje, con el fin de potenciar la motivaci\u00f3n, concentraci\u00f3n, el esfuerzo comunes a todos los juegos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En definitiva se trata de una nueva estrategia para influir y motivar a grupos de personas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00bfD\u00f3nde se vuelve m\u00e1s importante?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;En los m\u00e9todos utilizados en la&nbsp;<strong>formaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, ya que posee ese matiz l\u00fadico facilita la interiorizaci\u00f3n de los conocimientos de forma mas amena y entretenida, generando una experiencia positiva en el usuario, en definitiva motivando a los alumnos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La formaci\u00f3n&nbsp;<strong>con gamificaci\u00f3n elearning<\/strong>&nbsp;se convierte en una historia visual, donde el participe recibe retroalimentaci\u00f3n a cada paso, para ello se deber\u00edan introducir la gamificaci\u00f3n en los contenidos elearning &nbsp;<strong>\u00bfc\u00f3mo ser\u00eda posible?<\/strong>&nbsp; Por ejemplo desarrollando una aplicaci\u00f3n que a\u00f1ada emoci\u00f3n a determinada actividad, o un espacio com\u00fan donde los usuarios respondan preguntas mientras compiten entre s\u00ed y les ofrezcan recompensas seg\u00fan los resultados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al incorporar esta estrategia de gamificaci\u00f3n permitir\u00eda pasar de s\u00f3lo estar conectado a un engagement o tambi\u00e9n conocido compromiso, no sentir\u00edan que s\u00f3lo est\u00e1n realizando una acci\u00f3n formativa sino que tendr\u00edan que interactuar y aumentar\u00eda la concentraci\u00f3n en la actividad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con esto podemos mejorar la calidad de aprendizaje operativo del alumno y lo m\u00e1s importante: Su implicaci\u00f3n y aumentar su participaci\u00f3n en la acci\u00f3n formativa.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>
