Sin embargo, al eliminar el \u201ccara a cara\u201d cambian las formas de actuaci\u00f3n, puesto que la clave del aprendizaje se centra en el alumnado y no en el profesor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La labor docente en e-learning est\u00e1 centrada principalmente en la gu\u00eda, asistencia y apoyo al alumnado para evitar el abandono de los mismos por el sentimiento de soledad que este tipo de formaci\u00f3n puede ocasionar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las funciones del tutor son cinco:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Funci\u00f3n acad\u00e9mica: Informar, aclarar y explicar los contenidos; controlar el progreso de cada participante y revisar las actividades realizadas; informar a los alumnos de los resultados obtenidos de manera individual y asegurarse de que el alumnado logra los objetivos planteados.<\/li><li>Funci\u00f3n social: Acoger a todas las personas que participan en el curso con la informaci\u00f3n de base; facilitar la creaci\u00f3n de grupos de trabajo, estimulando e integrando las intervenciones y facilitar la creaci\u00f3n de un entorno positivo.<\/li><li>Funci\u00f3n organizativa: Planificar e informar de las fechas clave, de las normas de funcionamiento y mantener un contacto con el \u00f3rgano gestor y con la coordinaci\u00f3n, haci\u00e9ndole llegar lo m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido posible los problemas detectados.<\/li><li>Funci\u00f3n orientadora: Asesorar sobre el estudio en red; velar por un ritmo de trabajo adecuado; motivar al grupo y aconsejar a cada participante del desarrollo de las actividades y seguimiento del curso.<\/li><li>Funci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica: Conocer la plataforma; saber solventar los problemas t\u00e9cnicos con los que los alumnos se puedan encontrar y dar consejos y apoyos t\u00e9cnicos.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>En un&nbsp; mundo con una tecnolog\u00eda tan cambiante, la idea es aproximar la formaci\u00f3n en entornos virtuales a la informaci\u00f3n y forma de comunicaci\u00f3n actual.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Analizamos el papel de los tutores en la formaci\u00f3n e-learning y su importancia.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":3,"featured_media":318,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_editorskit_title_hidden":false,"_editorskit_reading_time":0,"_editorskit_typography_data":[],"_editorskit_blocks_typography":"","_editorskit_is_block_options_detached":false,"_editorskit_block_options_position":"{}"},"categories":[4],"tags":[],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v19.0 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>\u00bfSon necesarios los tutores en e-learning?
